Folio Art

Interior Designer: Peter Marino

In the new Monsieur Dior space within the House of Dior Shinsaibashi in Osaka, light, art, and architecture blend into an immersive experience dedicated to the culture of hospitality and contemporary sophistication.
Conceived by Peter Marino in collaboration with Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the project interprets the Dior universe through a sensory language composed of materials, details, and atmospheres. In this context, the Folio Art light panel becomes a distinctive scenographic element: a large backlit surface adorned with a floral design hand-painted directly onto the glass, visible from both the interior and the building’s exterior facade.
Light passes through the graphic design with depth and uniformity, transforming the wall into a poetic and contemporary architectural feature. A project that combines craftsmanship and technology, helping to define an environment where haute couture, gastronomy, and design interact through a single aesthetic experience.
