Folio Materials Opal Glass + C

Opal Glass + C belongs to the Folio® Materials family and is characterized by its reduced thickness and glass diffuser.
The panel is made to measure and it is possible to customize its size, shape, type of glass applied and thickness, as well as make special processing on it.
The product is made up of the external aluminum protective shell that favors rigidity and heat dissipation and the internal transparent methacrylate plate ("source") laser processed following the Folio® custom engraving algorithm which allows to obtain a guaranteed light homogeneity of 97%. The glass diffuser available with white, transparent or satin finish, placed on the opal, protects the LED circuit as well as the "source" plate without hindering light transmission, improving the aesthetics of the panel, both when switched off and on, thanks to the material finishings. The components are fixed together through the aluminum “C” profile placed around the entire perimeter of the panel.
The size of the Opal Glass + C panels changes according to the type of installation required (wall, ceiling, suspended or lay-on installation), up to a maximum of 3000 x 2000 millimeters.
In addition to the finishes of the diffuser and the aluminum “C” profile, there are also customizable elements of the product like CCT, consumption, luminous flux, IP rating and position of the LED circuit (on a single side or on multiple sides).
Nichia LEDs used for Folio® products are highly energy efficient (over 100 lumen/ watt) and guarantee a minimum CRI of 90 and a minimum R9 of 50. The light panel is dimmable 0-10V, 1-10V, DALI, DMX, Bluetooth and PUSH.
The diffused light of Folio® Opal Glass + C can be implemented with lighting accessories such as indirect light or Folio Spot.Mate® components for point light.
